We stayed here in 2005 and on a whim, looked it up today, 19 years later and was so excited to see it was still there and mostly the same decor! Loved having guitars, records, and a turn table in the our room! Just an awesome, quirky place close to everything. Hope to be back soon!

The is no view.. but an absolutely great stay.. staff are very helpful & polite..greatful to walk into a cold room! bed is very comfy & cozy.. bathroom is good size.. nice set up.. please please please try the Japanese sushi restaurant directly across the street.. their food is divine & prices are great! 10 out of 10 recommend! Ate there twice in less than 24 hrs!
This hotel was spotlessly clean, had a pleasant staff, was fairly centrally located & had a lovely terrace out back. Had all of the usual amenities and was very comfortable.
Hote Franklin Feel the Sound has a very friendly and impecable service, coupled with the wonderful room accomodations and the versatile location, I would say this was an amazing hotel to stay at and the best hotel I visited during my trip to Italy. The service was friendly and spoke my mother-tounge. The breakfast accomodations were lovely(especially the sausages). I loved the rooms and used the music player everytime I showered. The location is very versatile as there are many restaurants and stores at walking distance. If I ever return to Rome, I’m going back here. Also huge respect for Mang Raymond, the receptionist.
- Great location with public transportation by bus nearby (Giuliana / Grazioli Lante stop for bus 23 or 70) heading to the Vatican, Trastevere, historical center of Rome, Termini train station, major basilica Saint Paul Outside the Walls, etc.
- Several authentic Italian restaurants in the surrounding streets (try Popeye just around the corner for the best suppli in Roma)
- Continental breakfast buffet including Italian pastries
- Great fast speed Wi-Fi
- Room equipped with mini fridge and kettle with complimentary tea / coffee
- Friendly staff (I am well aware that we may not have been the easiest clients, travelling with an elderly)
Our stay at Hotel Franklin Feel The Sound was really great! The staff was really nice and hospitable with us. The room was exactly as in the pictures, inspired by music and really neat. The towels were changed every day and we were asked everyday if there is anything we would need or want. The breakfast was really good and affordable. We highly recommend to everyone to consider booking a room at this hotel.

Location wise: around 35 mins drive from Rome Ciampino airport, around 10-15 mins walk from the Vatican museum, and around 8-10 minutes walk to the Ottaviano Metro station.
